HEY THIS IS WOT THE END OF THE LICENCE FEE WILL MEAN

HI PEOPLE

SEEMS THAT THIS WILL NEVER END. COS THERE IS ALWAYS THE CHASE UP OF THIS, THE CHASE UP OF THAT, LIKE GETTING THE BBC TRUST TO WAKE UP N SMELL THE COFFEE.

SO THAT THE LICENCE FEE IS FINALLY PUT TO BED FOREVER N EVER AHMEN INIT CRAZYDAVE. AND THOSE ON MINIMUM INCOMES CAN USE WHAT THEY SAVE FROM NOT PAYING THE LICENCE FEE ANYMORE AND HAVE THAT MONEY TO PAY FOR THE ELECTRICAL COST OF VIEWING MEDIA ENTERTAINMENT.

SO HERE'S AN EMAIL SENT TO THE TRUST AND MR. THOMPSON AND A COUPLA OTHER PEOPLE N ORGANISATIONS.

SENT 23/5/07 TO THESE LOT Trust.Enquiries@bbc.co.uk, mark.thompson@bbc.co.uk, Jonathan.Morgan@wales.gov.uk, edit@bigissuecymru.co.uk, dj.hine@btinternet.com, gkinnock@welshlabourmeps.org.uk, jill.evans@europarl.europa.eu, mayo@bbc.co.uk, strobes@private-eye.co.uk, richardevans@bbc.co.uk, ROYALLJ@parliament.uk, home.news@thetimes.co.uk, Newseditor@independent.co.uk

Hi Chitra Mr. thompson

I am chasing up a reply to this email sent 2/5/07. I appeared at the welsh assembly once again yesterday and sang the protest song for the welsh assembly down there, along with once again displaying several banners, chatting to various officers of the Police and making the same accusations. Not that any of that has been broadcast, infact the BBC likes to turn a blind eye to my presence there.
When I upload the video I'll let you have the details. I can only hope that you have read the blogs Chitra. I hope you will have seen the photographic evidence of the banners display. for the First time today I heared a guy mention on the BBC Radio Wales phone in regarding Hyro Electrical energy supply. what a Miracle that was.
I know Mr. Thompson hasn't had the decency to reply, and I know certain vested interest have not pushed for the abolision of the BBC Licence Fee Monopoly, and I know certain people like to make out that oh its only X ammount of pence per week. What I would like the answer to is in general how much electrical energy is used by the average TV watcher, and I suspect its roughly inline with the annual charge by the BBC. So that in a FREE TV COUNTRY the ammount currently spent by the have nots on the Licence would with it ending have that money to pay the electric.
Love n Light Crazydave.

Dear Mr Gabriel

Thank you for your recent emails to the BBC Trust. I am replying on behalf of the Trust as I work in the BBC Trust Unit, which supports and advises the BBC Trust.

I am sorry that you continue to be unhappy with the work of BBC Wales. I thought it might help you to explain in detail how you can raise your concerns in a way that will enable your complaint to be dealt with. In order to enable the BBC to consider your complaint you will need to clarify your complaint and explain exactly why you are unhappy with the work of BBC Wales, giving specific examples. Unfortunately, the BBC is not able to deal with a complaint that is raised in a web blog and you will need to set out your specific issues in a separate document.

When you do this, please include the following details:
· The exact nature of your complaint;
· Specific examples of the BBC’s output or activity that have given rise to your complaint.

Day to day operational matters are the responsibility of BBC management, which is separate from the BBC Trust. If you can specifically and clearly set out your complaint about the BBC then this should be submitted to BBC Information by either email (via the complaints web page bbc.co.uk/complaints), telephone (on 8700 100 222 ) or letter (BBC Complaints, P0 Box 1922, Glasgow G2 3WT). BBC Information will then reply.

Depending upon the type of complaint, the Trust may consider appeals from complainants should they be dissatisfied with the response that they have received from the BBC’s management (for example, editorial complaints or fair trading complaints may be appealed to the BBC Trust if the complainant has been through the BBC’s processes and is still unhappy). Full details of the BBC complaints process can be found at: bbc.co.uk/complaints. This includes information on, and the criteria for, following up complaints if unhappy with the BBC’s initial response.

This process must be followed before complaints will be considered. Unfortunately, the Trust is unable to take this matter further until the BBC’s process, explained above, has been followed.

Yours sincerely

Rebecca Asher
BBC Trust Unit
